The 8th annual Real Estate & Property Awards showcased the rising, experienced and leading businesses in the real estate and property sectors.

"These enterprises have all been chosen for their fantastic efforts, various skills, and total dedication to their clients. With the problems that this industry has faced over the last couple of years, some have had to work extra hard to find their feet again – in order to continue helping others. These entities have done just that, and much more."  (BUILD Magazine, 2022)

Kosy Co Living, part of the Kosy Living group, is delivering Brighton's first co living and co working urban village. Residents will get to enjoy the facilities and amenities across all three buildings which includes fitness and wellness suites, a mixed martial arts club, roof garden terraces and courtyards, co working facilities, gaming areas, dining options and more.

411 modern and fully furnished en-suite studio apartments will each have their own kitchenette, plus access to a co living kitchen, dining and social area which will be shared with others. All bills, wi-fi and use of the co working facilities is included in the monthly rent payment, offering a convenient and affordable living option which also provides an opportunity to live in a community.

BUILD Awards Coordinator, Holly Blackwood said:

“This programme has been a core component for BUILD Magazine. Showcasing these winners is a true pleasure and honour – we wish all of these businesses a great future ahead.”
