Phase one of our co living urban village, Melbourne Street offers the perfect balance of private and communal living. The proposals comprise of 83 studios with en-suite and kitchenette, plus access to communal kitchen and dining facilities.

Brighton residents will have acess to:
25.5m ² of space exclusively available to them. All studios have been designed to be flexible and transformative. They are kitted out with a mini kitchenette, television and en-suite shower room.
When the kitchen/diner and lounge area is added, residents can enjoy between 59-83m² of living space per floor. Designed to maximise every inch of space available, this area facilitates natural social interaction and inspirational areas to cook, relax and unwind.
There is a total of 540m² of communal areas including a residents lounge, cinema and laundry. There is also a fitness and wellness suite with a gym and class space. Kosy Co Living are also providing a secure basis for the Nam Yang Brighton Community Association (Martial Arts Club & Charity) where residents can learn various combat sports and martial arts.
External space includes green areas and an impressive roof garden terrace on the fourth floor.
There is a large co-working facility on the ground floor with a cafe also open to public membership. The space has been designed to suit a multitude of professions with flexible spaces for quite focused work, private meeting rooms, spaces for large groups, podcasts rooms and creative "messy" areas.
