Exeter has a certain charm with its city centre surrounded by countryside and is an ideal location for our next phase of co living and build to rent schemes. Exeter is a small and ancient city in the southwest of England, home to around 130,000 people. It is a city full of charm and rich with history as it was originally a Roman town dating all the way back to 50 AD! 

Students account for a large percentage of the population. In addition to some colleges, the University of Exeter alone has approximately 25,000 students across four campuses. Exeter’s student satisfaction ranked best out of all the Russell Group’s 24 leading UK research-led institutions, cementing it as a brilliant city and university. Even though it's small for a city, Exeter has much to offer with countryside, seaside and fantastic moors all on its doorstep. Locals enjoy great weather in the summer, allowing them to make the most of the outdoor activities available. There is also an impressive choice of nightlife for a small city, with bars and multiple venues suited to eclectic music tastes from live music to clubbing.

Exeter has an airport as well as great bus and train routes connecting the city to the rest of the country. Exeter has welcomed a flurry of new-build homes in recent years however, it still requires an offering more suitable and affordable to the young demographic of the city - graduates and young professionals.
