Co Living Developments Belfast Coming Soon

Kosy Living’s build-to-rent and co living models can provide Belfast modern, affordable, high-quality rental homes with the opportunity to feel part of a community. With great amenities and weekly meet ups and events all on our residents doorstep. Co living is ideal for the city's young demographic, and will appeal to many professionals, graduates and city newcomers seeking a well-located, amenity-filled and high quality place to live.

Since the 90’s, Belfast has undergone huge transformation into a lively city full of fun, opportunity and music. The city has a population of around 345,000, and 16–39-year-olds make up the largest group, accounting for over a third of Belfast’s population. There are also around 40,000 students studying at the universities and colleges.

The city is surrounded by natural beauty with plenty of green spaces, hills to explore and breath-taking coastlines with various sandy beaches. It is a city big on sports including surfing, (there is an indoor surf centre for those who don’t want to brave the cold Irish sea), ice hockey, running, football and rugby.

Belfast is also legendary for its pub culture and nightlife. Every night of the week locals and tourists can enjoy a pint of Guinness next to an open fire in a traditional pub with live folk music, experience a high-energy music gig, have rooftop cocktails at a trendy bar, or dance the night away at one of the nightclubs.

It also had an excellent food culture from around the world and is home to award-winning restaurants and markets. St George’s Market, one of the city’s most visited attractions is an indoor Victorian market with friendly traders, amazing fresh produce, fresh food and independent stalls. There is also often a musician playing, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The Belfast Christmas market is also not one to miss and they have various large-scale events and vibrant festivals throughout the year whether its art, music, film, dance, food or literature, Belfast know how to put on a show.

In November 2022, Northern Ireland’s housing minister Darragh O’Brien stated there was not enough housing being built in cities to meet demand. Due to the city demographic and housing requirement, there is a huge opportunity for co living and BTR developments and an appetite from the local council to provide such housing and communities.

Co living offers an opportunity to live in a community with likeminded people and can be a key decision-making factor for Belfast graduates and professionals considering whether to stay in the city. There are some great job opportunities, however, modern and high-quality rental homes are needed. Kosy Co Living’s model includes all bills, fantastic co working facilities and amenities all within the property including fitness suites, garden courtyards, dining and cinema rooms. Residents have unlimited access to our co working facilities where they can plug in, have meetings, build their business and be creative.

Belfast is a great city and Kosy Co Living is excited to bring its original offering to the rental market.
